Maybe it's just because we're their parents-- but we think our girls are
S-M-A-R-T! Megan is talking like crazy and starting to say sentences. Yesterday for example we were driving in the car and she said, "I see baby cow, mommy." That is quite a sentence for a 20 month old! She even seems to speak plainer than Evie does sometimes.
Evie is turning into a computer whiz. Today she was listening to Barney songs on the pbs website. All of a sudden she said, "It's loud." She came to the computer clicked on the little speaker icon on the bottom bar. And slid the volume bar down and turned down the volume. I think that is great mouse control for a 3 year old-- and to remember how to do it only after seeing mommy or daddy do it a couple of times.
They both know what buttons to push to start their movies now.
So, when you see these pictures of them where their hair is unbrushed and they are half dressed--remember, this does not reflect on their intelligence, it only reflects on their mother :( .
