Last night Eve and Megan were in their room and I heard Megan kind of whine and then say, "Stop it!" Then she walked out of the room, stood in front of me with a scowl on her face, and then she turned around before saying anything and went back in her room with Eve.
Megan: Eve, what were you doing that made me say "stop it"?
Eve: Why?
Megan: I just want to know. What were you doing?
Eve: I'm not going to tell you unless you tell me why.
Megan: Just tell me.
Eve: No
Megan: (Really whiney voice) Eeeve, I want to know what you were doing that made me say "stop it"!
Megan had come out to tattle on her sister, but by the time she had gotten to me she couldn't remember what she was going to tattle about.
