Family Vacation 2

Well, it's Friday so our Disney part of the vacation has come to an end. We had a lot of fun and it went well. We took a lot of pictures so I'll have to post in sements. Here are some of the highlights.

Evie coming off Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. We really enjoyed this ride this time. I don't know why we didn't go on it more on previous trips.

Austin, Evie and Megan on the Tea Cups.

Megan and Eve on Small World. They changed this ride to include Disney characters so it was fun to see how many we could spot. Claire really liked this ride-- lots of bright colors and and fun music.

Evie in California Adventure

Austin, Megan and Eve on the Ferris Wheel. This Ferris Wheel had compartments that swung and some that stayed still. They got in one that swung.

Claire really liked the birds that are around the park. These ducklings she said "Hi" to.

Austin and Claire rode on the Mark Twain steamboat while the girls and I went on other rides.

This is Snow White's wishing well. Figures of Snow White and the dwarves are near it and when Snow White sings, the echo comes through the well.

This trip Austin gave the girls the option of getting a toy or getting a lanyard with pins and trading pins. They both decided to trade pins. They started with 7 pins and by the end of the trip they had all 7 of the originals traded for other pins.

Claire didn't know what to think about the carousels at the beginning of the trip. She wanted to like them and would cry and point when we would go by them, but she would get scared when we tried to ride one. The last day of the trip she decided that she does like carousels and had fun.

The girls had fun in Toon Town.
