This year, because of Covid-- everyone had their own Thanksgiving dinner. For Austin's dad's side of the family, each family member contributed one of their favorite dishes and shared it with the rest of the family. I made rolls for everyone, Shellie made pretzel jello salad, Melanie made mashed potatoes, Mark made his traditional fruit drink, Kathy made cheey rice. We had our dinner on dinner plates that were gifted to my mom on her wedding day. While we missed having Thanksgiving with family, it was a nice day to have it with just the 5 of us.
