We were playing boggle last night. Claire wrote down "sos" and pronounced it kind of like "sauce". I said it wasn't a word and asked what she thought it meant. She said, "You know, 'calm down your sos, bro."

Then at dinner we were talking and Megan suggested something. Claire then suggested pretty much the same thing. Just fooling around, Austin said something like, "You see, Megan-- Claire gets it. She knows what's going on." Megan didn't understand Austin's joke and said, "I don't understand." Claire then said, "The only thing you need to understand, Megan, is that my suggestion was up here." and she holds her one hand high in the air and then continues while holding the other hand lower, "and your suggestion was down here."
What made this extra funny was Eve gasped and covered her mouth with her hand when she heard this because she couldn't believe Claire would say something like that.

Then today, Claire says, "Mom, did you know that most of the foods in the world are eaten with your fingers?'
Me: I didn't know that. Really?
Claire: I was just seeing if you would say, 'no they're not'.
Me: So you just made that up?
Claire: Yeah.

Claire was getting ready to go to the park with her sisters. They planned to eat lunch there so she had a bag with her lunch in it, and then another bag with bocci balls in it. She came through the door and holding up the bags said, "This bag has my bomb in it, and this bag has my guns!"
