The other day Austin told Evie that if she did something, he would give her a present. So after a little while, she did what he asked, but he didn't say anything more about a present to her. So instead of asking directly about it she said, "What was that again daddy? Something about you were going to give me my present when?"
Megan: "my teacher says we need to be strong and brave!"
Megan: "I love that cinderella movie, with that step mudder. She took the wand from Bobbity Boo."
The other day the girls were playing with something that they shouldn't have been. I told them to stop of they would break it. Megan said, "It's ok, grampa can fix it. He has a hammer."
If Evie gets in trouble for something, she'll say "let's try again" and we have to re-act out what happened so she can do it the right way.
Austin brought a puzzle home for them the other day for an activity. They did really well putting it together. I was really surprised. They did most of it by themselves. Here's some pictures.
The girls were cute for father's day. We got Austin a new white shirt and tie and then we took pictures and framed one of each of the girls for him to take to work. They took them to him sunday morning and were really sweet and said happy father's day.
